[KOREA] HOW TO MAKE KALGUKSU?

3rd recipe on my blog,
갈국수
KALGUKSU
korean cut noodle

What you need :
NOODLE
2 cup all purposes flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp oil

CHICKEN TOPPING
50 grams chicken
2 garlic
1/4 onion
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

BROTH
3 cups water
1/4 onion
1tbsb of soy sauce
5 tbsp fish sauce

ADDITIONAL
beansprouts
Slices leek
Sesame oil

1. Mix all noodle ingredients, knead this until become a great smooth dough. Sadly i dont have a roller so i use my bottle HAHA make it nicely thin and long dough, then fold it and spread some flour between the dough so it doesnt stick each other and cut in size you like.

2. Put some flour again

3. Boiled noodle in water around 2-3 minutes and put it in serving bowl

4. Mix broth ingredient until well bubbled

5. Bleach beansprouts and put on the noodle

6. Cook chicken topping around 6 minutes and put chicken on bean sprouts

7. Pour broth into the bowl

8. Put some slices leek

9. And sprinkle it with sesame seeds

10. TAADAA!

great simple menu right ♡ if you like spicy you can also put some gochujang ( korean chilli paste) and gochugaro ( chilli powder ) inside the broth. Have a try!
