[KOREA] 연남동 멘야히가시 MENYAHIGASI, YEONNAMDONG-HONGDAE

I've been exploring some japanese ramen in Seoul, in Sinchon or Hongdae but just yeah nope just didnt fulfill my standard HAHA Indonesia has better ramen with Hakata Ikkousha or Ikkudo but here mehhh. I love my ramen with undercooked thin noodle, thick based soup, and charcoally thick pork. Last time i saw a ramen house in Yeonnam-dong near Hongdae area and looked so gorgeous and how is it tasted?

noodle is great super chewy - between undercooked and aldente. Soup based still cant impressed me but quite fatty. Fried garlic takes the ramen to the next level, crunchy and some soggy garlic super yummy blended with the soup. And here THE MAIN POINT IS CHASYU PORK AND EGG ( omg my saliva dropping while writting this) chasyu super thick and well marinated not only oh just pork taste but they surely marinated it with something and grill it on charcoal for few minutes before served, it looked tough but super juicy and tender and here another star is THE EGG SHIEETTT you know they just give it half but :""""" it not just regular egg they also marinated it with something because you can really tasted savory sweet taste when you bite the white egg part
