Nature healing

Ok after all cities, now its time to discover nature of America yes. Well actually i saw it from Alika's post on IG when she did roadtrip. Mammoth lakes is super beautiful yet just right location to do overnight on your trip between Las Vegas and San francisco ( yes thats our final destination). Our first time itinerary is LAS VEGAS- BISHOP- MAMMOTH ( overnight) - YOSEMITE- SAN FRANCISCO unfortunately Very unfortunate, during november to december Yosemite route toll close :( :( :( omg why why actually we still can go to Yosemite but you need to take a way round from 1 hours drive become 6 hours drive byeeeeee :" 

Ok back to our trip HAHA las vegas direct to mammoth lakes takes around 5 hours 30 mins drive so why we will break down some stops in between. You can stop at Beatty or Tonopah for quite big rest area but i just go direct to Bishop.

LAS VEGAS - BISHOP

( 4 hours 30 mins drive)

Bishop is quite "city" not only just rest area, but here you can sightseeing around. They have Mcdonald's, Burger king, and many coffeeshops here. I recomment Erick Schat's bakery. Super unique old style germany style bakery, for a quick grab sandwich and great coffee stop

BISHOP- MAMMOTH AREA

(50 mins drive)

Yey! Finally! Entering mammoth area no more desert like arizona and lasvegas area, all green and full of pine trees. I stayed at EDELWEISS LODGE. Super lovely homey OMG i love this accomodation so much. It has microwave and coffee maker which very convenience because we live like in middle of forest and not all restaurant opens until night, just buy some sausage and ready to eat from mart and heat it up hihi.

TWIN LAKES

Not far from our accomodation, we visited Twin Lakes during Golden hour. Super pretty with frozen lake and swans around ♡ if you have more time, you can also visit June lake ( around 20mins from twin lakes)

Overall, i love love love love this small city so much!!!!! Super healing & just slow life. Unfortunately, there was no snow :( this area also famous with winter holiday destination for ski and snow boarding.

From here we skipped yosemite :( so sad. We drove to san francisco and stopped at Lake tahoe just for legs rest. Suprisingly it also beautiful and if Mammoth is very small like a forest in lake tahoe area it is super huge like winter resort.
