it's been ZUPER long time ( around 7-8years) since the last time i went there. I am not a budget traveller this time because i went together with my parents HAHA sponsored. BUT actually i am pretty sick of "instaworthy" "instaspot" boring places that will waste your money for nothing excepts some likes on ig.
SOO in this post, no me #ootd or #dailylook tags just me and some bali local comfort foods WITH lil bit "hype" places that i was very very curious about but is it really worth it?

What i ordered: Nasi campur bali IDR 17000, Siobak IDR 20000
I got this recommendation from my sis ucup bin ajaib. Totally local no tourist no overprice pork rice. C'mon seventeen thousand for a full plate of pork godness? It's good but lil bit too dry for me. And siobak, bali style hmm not my type fried samchan with thick brown sauce but maybe you should try.

P.s i tried one no-name random nasi babi guling in Jl. Sutomo, denpasar right across a pura, you should check this out!! I didnt even take photo of it because i didnt expect to be that great!

What i ordered: Half pork ribs IDR 98000, Pork knuckle IDR 188000
Naughty nuri's and wahaha are 2 biggest competitor that i know in selling pork ribs. But i can't compared each other since i never try nuri's. And it also my first time tried wahaha & this time recommendation from my mom maminen that've came before with her friends. Personally, i loveddddd their pork ribs, the meat is not so tender but they grilled it lil bit to burned side so i ate some crispy charside and it tasted more into savoury than sweet side. And for pork knucle, it super deadly crispy yet super tender in the outside. All my fam members said it tasted better than paulaner's but it lil bit tasteless for me. I love my meat lil bit salty.

Again my mother recommendation. ZUPERLAFFF With it!! But we had it as our breakfast and it just too spicy for early morning HAHA but its okey!! Super flavourful especially their chicken skewer sate ayaam emejing! no words HAHA

What i ordered: Half size ayam betutu rice set IDR50000+
I put + on the price because i didnt really remember the exact price. It might be looked unappetite and light yellow tasteless chicken BUT it will kick you with the spice at the first bite. And the chicken is super tender. But this type of opor kinda chicken always not include of my fav list so yeah no comment.

At first, i shocked like wtf 100k for this coffee plantation entrance :/ and okey. Firstly, emba guide told and showed us how coffee made, from luwak shitting, roasting process, arabica and robusta tree differences, try eating raw cocoa ( it tasted like soursop) and finally the guide lead us to the end where they served us 8 kinds of coffee and tea testers, and after you try it, you can ask 1 more free bigger size of what drink that you like the most. They also served compliment traditional snacks as sidedish. Honestly, i am not a big fan of black coffee especially indonesian coffee because for me it just too earthy and acidy. Iknow i am not a coffee expert no offense HAHA but overall the view and testing is great new experience.

LEGIT. One word that describe all my dining experience here. Beautiful rice field view, pendopo seats, and SUPER TASTY GRILLED DUCKKKK ( fried duck bye grilles duck is on other leveeeel) and also steam spicee duck in bamboo that i forget what the name is just too perffff ♡

i expected ALOT but hem. I cant compared it with ibu oki even it "chicken rice" but the spice is different. Ibu oki uses lots of spice and made weti is milder and quite refreshing with that cucumber slices.

Ok i cant be said, misprespection for this place. I was hoping "coffeeshop" my mistake HAHA ending it felt more to eatery bar. Not bad but i dont know i just feel not my type of coffee but it is a great place for chill.

raisa's coffeeshop is super pretty indeed. Hands down for design. But too much people taking pic at their entrance so too mainstream spot ugh. Their coffee just okey and their "roti bakar keju" with pesto is quite delish. Good place to ngadem from the heat.

AND FOR LAST BUT NOT LEAST hippest gelato in bali, yessss finally anak kampung bekasi akhirnya coba bijinian guys. You choose the size and pay first and then you can try it first before you decide. Because we were sharing, we bought 2 mediums, one is creamy cup, dark choco,mascapone, and coffee, and on the other one was sorbet cup, contains strawberry, lemon, and mango. To be honest, short, simple and fast, i dont like their sorbet so-so and too sweet and for cream one, chocolate is the only flavour that i love because others just too sweet. Is it right or just me? I know indonesian sugar level is above normal

DONT BELIEVE IN INSTAGRAM, BLOGGER OR EVERYONE INCLUDING ME AND MY BLOG HAAHAHAHAHAHA
Dont waste your money and time just for "instapic" live your own life. Just be you! It's okey to try some of hype places but don't into it too much. Try it yourself and believe in your tastebud. Because maybe it less than 40% that really worth to try :) and remember holiday is when you can enjoy your day without any stress and pressure, so dont let SNS do it to you ♡
BTW now i am still getting sick of nasi babi guling, i ate it too much
