[KOREA] 고쌈냉면 GOSSAM NAENGMYEON, BEST SUMMER DISH!

What can be the best remedy for your hot summer? Ice cream? Nope dessert? Nope just too mainstream so here in Korea, we eat cold served noodle or we called NAENGMYEON, so there are 2 types usually served, BIBIM or dried spicy noodle & MUL or cold soup noodle. So here my favorite restaurant for naengmyeon

How to go:
Sinchon MRT Exit 1 (line 2)
Right cross the migliore
서울특별시 서대문구 신촌역로 31 (대현동 110-1)
( but they have lots of branch also in Hongdae and Ehwa)
 
HOW TO EAT NAENGMYEON?
#1 cut noodle with scissor ( or you will out of breath sip it)
#2 pour vinegar + mustard for more more refreshing taste
#3 gain your appetite with sip "hot beef broth" you can find in a like big container and free refil guys

Extra Cold broth - chilli paste - mustard - Vinegar

비빔냉면

well since dry you can pour some broth in or just eat direcly

물냉면
MUL COLD NOODLE
MY FAV hihi i hope can add more ice around ♡♡ so refreshing

MAIN POINT
so in this restaurant, they served it with a portion of 숯불고기 [sutbul gogi] or grilled pork which very yummy, sweet marinated and smokey taste just, can i add more ? haha
