Actually i want to eat HAIDILAO so bad when i was in shanghai but when i went to one of their branch it was underconstruction and failed. And finally we just accidently found one similar with it and suprisingly BETTER HAAHAHAHAHA but i don't know it because i only ate Haidilao in Korea but compared to it, this one is much better!

Shanghainese said it rare too have tripes while hotpot but it super tasty and here they totally specialist in it so no smell and super soft even it black tripes not like white one that usually we eat in Indonesia

And beside that we also order other things like slice beef, meatballs, seafoodballs, AND my favorite is 3 colored homemade noodles. After all meat broth the best way to absorb it is by cooking noodle inside the broth super yum!!

Unforgetable dining experience for me not always about expensive luxurious restaurant but more into home cooking that usually my mom or grandma cooked for me. Grew up indonesian chinese so i am super familiar with chinese food AND in shanghai trip this time, i found this cafetaria style restaurant where you can choice your own meat and veggies.
