[CHINA] SHANGHAI : 3 BEST MILKTEA IN SHANGHAI

I JUST CAN'T FORGET THE LAST TIME I ENJOYED MILKTEA EVERYDAY IN WANGFUJING, BEIJING. Sorry for caps HAHA i just too excited for this post. SO i prepared my shanghai trip super well, i did all the research for. . Milktea HAHA #1 for me forever and ever is Coco milktea because it originally from China right but i also discovered some new "brand" and other "familiar" brand. I did comparison for best 3 milktea in china based on my tastebud and based on 2 best selller choices, ORIGINAL MILK TEA (奶茶-naicha) & LIME TEA (柠檬汁-ningmengzhi) here in this post dedicated for all MILKTEA LOVER outthere!

MY CRITERIA
Liquid based should be thick creamy taste or thick strong flavour
Topping should be super chewy
ALL LESS SUGAR (少糖- shaotang) & LESS ICE (少冰块 - shaopingkuai)
( so if you are on light side it might be not suitable for you)

Starting from
#1
一点点
YI DIAN DIAN
( read i tien tien)
505 Henan Middle Rd, Shimen 2nd Road Residential District, Huangpu Qu, Shanghai Shi, China, 20000
Open: 8am~11pm
OMO OMO OMO OMO couldn't believe it beat my longtime fav, Coco. Lately it super famous in China and you can found it everywhere in a small spot of the street. The one that i see the difference is they called regular big pearl,  BOBA and small pearl 珍珠ZHENZHU so necareful when you order! Suprisingly it's also Taiwanese chain! But never see it in taiwan.

#2
可可
COCO MILKTEA
Hongyi plaza nanjing road B1 foodcourt
Open: 10am~10pm
My long gone favorite now lose on 2nd rank HAHA they just don't consistent with every branch that they have. After i got bored with yi dian dian, i bought Coco once in East nanjing road metro basement, and it tasted super watery!! but later i tried again in shopping mall near Tianzifang, it tasted back to thick creamy tasty milktea that i loved when i was in Beijing. Honestly, i was quite disappointed but yeah still love of my heart so i put on 2nd rank lol
ORIGINAL MILK TEA (奶茶-naicha) 大bigsize 18
LIME TEA (柠檬汁-ningmengzhi) small size only CNY12
TASTE 8/10

#3
HAPPY LEMON
Henderson Metropolitan Mall B1 East nanjing road
Open: 10am~10pm
Another Taiwanese chain HAHA couldn't be doubt that all milktea come from Taiwan right? but actually for Happy Lemon it's not really famous with their regular milktea, they more into Milkfoam series, blacktea milkfoam, greentea milkfoam, and wintermelon SOOOOO GOOD i know it's out of our comparison menus, so i put them in 3rd rank lol i thought inside milkfoam not just milkfoam but cheese cream, because they taste super thick cream and savory <3 In korea, we also have it, but i don't think the milkfoam is as good as in China. Give it a try!

RECOMMENDED FOOD
NANXIANG SOUP DUMPLINGS
So many places plagiat this dumplings so becareful and make sure you find the original one. Called as Nanxiang xiaolongbao or soup dumplings because this dish originally from Nanxiang, small city located near Shanghai. Chinese xiaolongbao is more into thicker skin so it's not as chewy as Taiwanese xiaolongbao. 1 portion of xiaolongpao CNY 20 for 10 pieces and other kind is crab roe giant xiaolongbao CNY 25? It quite special because you drink all soup using straw but becareful! It pipping hot! It always has a long queue but it won't take you too long :)
