[KOREA] 아오리라멘 SEUNGRI BIGBANG'S AORI RAMEN

Lately Korea being so Hype with Seungri Bigbang's new business, RAMEN. It's like everywhere but i never tried till my friend asked me to go with her to IFC MALL actually for shopping but we were super hungry and craving for a hot bowl soup in a middle of windy day. AND HERE IT IS!

P.s for IFC mall that i tried you can't customize your soup etc because it is a small branch but you can do at other branches similar like what you do at Ichiran Ramen.

ramen with seaweed, chasiu, and half cut soft boiled egg

DAMNNN i didn't expect great soup from an artist? But it super duper thickly outstanding!! Fatty but not jelat (lately i learn singlish lol) for me this level of fat soup is still ok because i got fattier one at Butanchu sinchon. Noodle is super japanese, Chasiu smokey yummy and just perfect ♡

TASTE 9/10

PS: I love fattier soup HAHA

My friend shared a post in facebook about newly opened ramen in Hongdae ( actually it closer to sangsu ). Everything looked super yummy especially the charsiu.

The one that i spotted first is FREE SIDEDISHES HAHA

They served kimchi, yellow raddish, rice and mapo tofu or spicy stirfried tofu.

You order using machine and they only have 3 menus

Super good thick soup with charcoally taste chasiu and perfectly half way cooked egg everything just completed. It might be look small but full enough

super oily (as you see) so actually this one use soba but too bad soba is too soggy but their sauce super nice suprisingly spicy and pork inside they use chunk of pork instead of minced which super good and full of flavour

[KOREA] 신촌 부탄추 BUTANCHU, SINCHON JAPANESE RAMEN

lately the weather has became so much colder and made you craving for hot soup. And yesterday i just discovered new ramen place in Sinchon right behind Hyundai Dept. Store near small park around and after trying this, it directly became my number #1 top fav ramen in Korea beating all ramens that i've eaten before. No wonder it has long queue everyday and it is worth the wait.

Finally i met my type of thick delicious fat japanese ramen omg too gooood!! The pork slice is super tender and melting in your mouth and best part of it that you can add more noodle of free UNLIMITED i asked for dragon noodle as my second bowl noodle because i still has much soup left and DRAGON NOODLE= MIE KARET INDO super good thick,chewy and just the way i loved my noodle is.
