RON'S LABORATORY

FINALLY! thanks God opened my way to Grand Indonesia *overreacted* after long rainy week, hectic, traffic jam everywhere, super sucks, I had a lovely Saturday night to be spent with my family and taa-daa I tried newly open ice cream house, RON's LABORATORY. With a lab concept, they decorated all of the things so cute like in a laboratory. The waiters use Lab's Jacket, glasses, and They put the ice cream liquid in a tall chemical's glass. Like another happening ice cream in Jakarta, They use molecular gastronomy method by using liquid nitrogen so it just takes about 5 minutes to make the ice cream so all the ice cream is freshly made after you make the order. Let's queueing and go get the ice cream!!!!

DARK CHOCOLATE IDR 50K

MY SUPER FAVORITE!! You can taste super rich chocolate inside the ice cream :9 Not-too-sweet so i love it if they make it more bitter, I gonna make it on my top list LOL

AVOCADO WITH ESPRESSO IDR 50K

buttery creamy avocado taste but not so really avocado, so light and creamy. The cutest thing is the injection wooooooo with the espresso inside. Both is a perfect combination. Espresso can balance the creamy taste, bitter & sweet :9

RED VELVET WITH INJECTION IDR 60K

unique taste of red velvet, hmm lil bitter from cocoa taste, creamy, hemmm I can't describe it too confusing :p and the injection hmm yummy but unfamiliar taste, maybe hmm vanilla or something? but nice and unpredictable
