[KOREA] 569th HANGULDAY 2015

Hangul day is Korea holiday, celebration for their alphabeth born. And this year it was turning 569! Not so old right. Lil history about Hangul, it was made by King Sejong the Great, the best king along Korean dynasty. Long long time ago, Korea used Hanja ( based on Chinese Hanzi) super difficult and complicated, not all Korean could read and write, so he thought how to make Korean easier learn by everybody and after long researched with other oldish minister, They created Hangul.

And this time, i joint my korean class event by Korea Foundation Myeongdong. One day Hangul tour museum and not only that they made super exciting day! Ever! So we gathered in Exit 2, Ichon MRT station line 4. Outthere all teachers already line up, waiting for us and after re-registered, i got a t-shirt and nametag. We devided into groups with around 7 persons & 2 teachers inside.
Super beautiful lake in the middle of museum

1. ANTIQUE STUFF HUNTING!
so here actually there are 2 museum, national museum and hangul museum, and first we got a clue, we must go to national museum looking for a scupture based on the picture, take picture and draw it! Later one of your group member must make a presentation about this
2. LUNCH TIME!
They provided lunch box super colorful eye candy sandwich with fried tofu bag rice and fruits. How lovely♡

3. FREE TIME!
it was my favorite time ever! Here you can enjoy free Korean music performance, free D.I.Y stamp, write your name in hangul, and hit the ddeok (Korean rice cake) and many other interesting stands
4. KOREAN MASK MAKING & DANCE
and last activities we got inside Hangul museum, here inside an auditorium, a special teacher teached us Korean songs, coloring your own mask 탈 and we also learned how to do Mask dance 탈춤 super fun and new knowledgr about Korean culture!
Super exciting day ever! Now i felt well-educated LOL HAHAHAAHAHAHAHA but shame on me like all group members speak Korean very well and i am not :"( Hope with this event my Korean improves! Ciao!

[KOREA] JJIGAE HOUSE SINCHON

This time i just tried one restaurant in Sinchon. This super yumm named  맛있는순두부김치찜, or delicious kimchi and soft tofu stew. What make i came here, is because they served something special for crazy eater :3 what's that?
So just choose you favorite jjijae or stew, then they served ALL YOU CAN EAT RAW EGG & KIM ( dried seaweed) and also free flow side dishes and rice HAHAAHA :3 rice and kim is more than enough for me. Because me and my friend supee like kim, we ate it one box full until its empty but for egg we just had one.
통갈비
TONGGALBI

[KOREA] HUNGRY TIGER BEEF BOWL

After treated my eye with fireworks, now time for my belly. Super hungry and my friends took me to a fast food japanese restaurant named, HUNGRY TIGER. It has super similar concept with Yoshinoya in Japan, super simple beef bowl with fast serving methods.

Firstly, We have to order using a machine, choose your menu, size, set/alacarte, payment methods ( they accept back notes and credit card) and after you get the receipt, give it to the waiter and they will serve your food less than 5 minutes so fast haha
치즈규동
CHEESE KYUDONG
beef bowl topped with melting cheese ( mini size)
₩5300
So simple yet yummy, but compared to Yoshinoya it not as flavourful as that. Lil bit pricey because of few slices of beef but overflooded cheese ( because cheese is cheap in korea) the one that i loved here, because of the banchan ( korean sidedish) They serve kimchi and salted lil fish with peanut which all you can eat in the table YEAHH korean free service :3
Taste 8/10
Overall i liked it but i think for lunch, i should order the big size because the small size actually not enough to fulfill my fat belly HAHA CIAO!

[KOREA] SEOUL INTERNATIONAL FIREWORKS FESTIVAL 2015

Just today, i went to yeoido hangang park with friends for attending "SEOUL INTERNATIONAL FIREWORKS 2015" it helds only once a year around early October and it super spectacular event to put on your must-to-do Seoul list. Super big event because combination of 3 firework artists, Korea, USA, and Philippine.

I suggest you come here earlier because at noon PEOPLE JUST SO MUCH ( NOT MANY) it felt like you are trapped inside underground and trying to escape before zombie eat your soul #whateverhana. SUPER CROWDSSSSSS because it is saturdate yess many couples and also families. I worked today so I reached yeoinaru Station around 7 PM and its like this picture below. Everybody did selfie around the crowd.
After went out from the Station, it was dark and super super crowded. Make sure to pay attention if you make a meet up with friends because its kinda super hard. Just follow other people and walked to side of the river to see the fireworks closer. Here they have some different areas, ENERGY, LOVE, HOPE & JOY different area different themes of fireworks and we chose Love since it was saturday HAHA
SO MANY KOREAN BUILT TEND well they do camping here, mats like everywhere, dont worry if you want to sit but dont bring your own mat because so many people sell it woth cheap price around ₩2000 and also so many food vendor, kimbab, manjo hana, grilled cuttlefish, drinks, and many more
It super wonderful and lots of fun, felt like new year ( really) so many people on the street, super big fireworks, but without trumpets and people yelling happy new year. Unfortunately, i didnt there until finish because i was scared so many people around and i coulnt go home HAHA hope can go back for this event next year ciao!
