When you eat around Jeonju hanok village, you can see so many foods using cheese named Imsil cheese but what is imsil? Imsil itself came from the origin area of the cheese maker, Imsil Country, Jeolla North province which located 30 minutes away from Jeonju. So here, i visited one of the famous store in Jeonju Hanok village for their imsil cheese based products, since 1967.

When you come in to the store, they'll give you free tester of their ice cream cheese and right after you eat it you can't leave the place without buying this because the creamcheese JUST.TOO.GOODY.CREAMY <3

they sell cheese, cheese cream, yogurt, baked cheese ‎(₩4000), cheese bread ( ‎₩2000) and many more!! HAHA all cheese. Actually they are famous with their Cheese bread but i'm lately fed up with bread so i just bought their package with a ice box so i can bring it to Seoul.

well actually it quite expensive but it's okay too try because the taste is super yummy! The yogurt comes with original, apple, blueberry, and strawberry flavour ( i chose apple) and it tasted more like greek yogurt so thick and milky and sour. and for the cheese cream also comes with various flavour ( i choose original & blueberry) blueberry is too sweet for me, but i totally falled for their original flavour BETTER THAN PHILLADELPHIA!!

ANOTHER HOLIDAY SERIES! yeyyyy ♡ i got my other day off so i decided to go outside Seoul and i browsed one of the best historical tourist object and even rewardes by Unesco as a city of gastronomy for its thousand years food invention and classes. located in North jeolla province quite bit far from seoul but totally worth the way. So here i will guide you how to go around, use hanbok, and eat locals in

TRANSPORTATION

so from Seoul you can take some alternative depends on you budget

KTX from seoul station ￦34000 (>1.5 hours)

Mugunghwa from seoul station ￦17600 ( >3 hours)

BUS from dongseoul express terminal ￦12000(regular) / ￦20400 (premium)(>3.5 hours)

TOURIST OBJECT

Actually there some other objects in Jeonju, like Nambu night market, Jaman mural village, but actually the best #1 must visit on Jeonju is JEONJU HANOK VILLAGE super duper pretty more than 800 houses inside it! Make it as the biggest hanok area in Korea so pretty and super traditional warm feeling. I prefer this one than Bukcheon hanok village in Seoul. Even just walking around the hanok pretty already but you can go inside Gyeonggijeon palace for more ancient atmosphere. 

(How to go: take bus no.1000 or so many other number from Jeonju express bus terminal- around 15~20minutes)

HANBOK RENTING IN HANOK VILLAGE

it is normal to see lots of people in Hanbok around Hanok village. What can better than using Korea traditional cloth and taking photo with traditional houses as the background. So here there are tons of hanbok renting with different types of hanbok and prices. But here i found "eodiya hanbok" as the cheapest hanbok in Jeonju hanok village

Autumn yes but i'm still in the mood of summer. When i saw instagram, i found ade ( korea soda drink) but not regular ade because it super pretty with many kinds of fruit on top, but i dont know where it is. And then long time after that, i planned my trip to Jeonju, and when i browsed "JEONJU CAFE" i found this cafe!!!!! And i thought it is destiny #hyper HAHAAHAHA

Who doesnt know chocopie as korea's best snack after eat. So here in Jeonju, has one famous bakery that sell homemade chocopie and known as best souvenirs from Jeonju since 1951

WOOO really different with regular chocopie in the market. This one quite crunchy and so soft in the inside. And they use cream and fruits inside not marshmallow. And the cream inside not so generous just right.So taste very fresh and homemade ♡

[KOREA] JEONJU: 전동호떡 JEONDONG HOTTEOK

Hotteok, or korean pancake with sweet brown sugar filling sometimes gives us lots of guilty feeling with its oily batter but but i found one in Jeonju street food, Hotteok that cooked by 화덕 hwadeok, or traditional oven same as pizza! So oil free and they also have special filling, not only sweet sugar but garlic, creamcheese and.... IMSIL CHEESE kinda korean mozarella cheese!

[KOREA] JEONJU : 스노잉카페 SNOWING CAFE, COLD BREW FOAMY COFFEE

Again thanks to instagram HAHA i found it in Jeonju. Lately i was craving for this coffee now hits in Korea cold brew coffee with milk foam on top but as i know this only available in Southern part of korea, Busan and around it. Actually in seoul has in Angel in Us but here in korea i prefered small cafe compared with franchises' one.
