DESSERT ALERT!! hihi finally no more only bingsu in my life #byeforawhilesulbing. So here in Japan, i met my long gone fav dessert, JAPANESE PARFAIT, dessert layers of icecream, fruits, and toppings. Diabetic cause HAHA so after i browsed one, i looked the one nearest Hakata station as i arrived there and i wanted to eat it as soon as possible. So this dessert located inside Amu Plaza which is in the same building with Hakata station hihi

well quite expensive HAHA so you have to eat it slowly HAHA layers of greentea icecream, greentea konyaku (japanese jelly), peach and topped with whipcreme and cracker. All greentea is quite sweet but super strong greentea flavour at the same time super good and konyaku? I believed it konyaku but it softer than regular konyaku tasted like 50:50 konyaku and jelly. Love it but cant eat this alone, i can die by the sugar level.

This is the best breakfast choice when you have to catch the train and bento is too heavy in the morning. CROISSANT! So in Hakata station has one famous croissant that sell gram-ly? Is it right my english HAHA

WOOOO no wonder so famous. It super flaky and light and soft inside! But because it is in a small size. You just can't stop chewing it HAHA

[JAPAN] FUKUOKA: KIWAMIYA

In Korea, i tried "Fukuoka Hamburg" in Gimpo Lotte mall ( you can check the post here ) and since then i always imagine how does it really taste in fukuoka. SO FINALLY IN THIS TRIP I MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE. Yey but this restaurant super famous among local and tourist. So it only has 20 seats inside and it always packs by people, even me, i waited around 50 minutes until got inside restaurant. So lets we see it worth it or not!

They provides menu in English & Korean. Usually they give menu while we waiting, so when we come inside the food come out in the same time no need to wait.

STEAK & HAMBURG SET

(but still exclude tax, ¥2050 aftertax)

So i got 60grams of steak + 120grams of hamburg. So firstly you choose how your hamburg being grilled, whether charcoal or pan grill but i recommended charcoal for more smokey yummy effect. And then you choose the sauce, although it has "famous kiwamiya" sauce, EGG SAUCE looks much more better and hey! Its egg afterall ㅋㅋㅋ and if you make a set, all sidedishes rice, salad, and miso soup are refill-able. 

And the best part begins! Take a small part of beef and grill it on the hotstone and make it as your favorite beef cooked level, i like it medium rare, so i just cook less then 30 seconds and put egg and rice on top and MOUTHGASM START♡♡ OMG OMG SOOO GOOD AND TENDER HUHUHU and something in egg sauce like caramelized on some side and tasted like heaven!!@

Dont forget your set include soft icecream, you can choose eat there or take away. Please remember, or youll like my friend forgetted it and regretted it until now HAHAHAAH

Finally i had a chance to try this super hippy ramen house ever on Insta HAHAA its been almost more than 3 years since last time i went to Japan and you cant imagine how craving i am for a real ramen bowl, since also in Korea, nothing can beat Japanese ramen, even Indonesia's better. SO THIS TIME for the very first time i tried

i found this branch just the best because barely can see the queue less touristy and very convenient.

Firstly, you directly see the machine to buy the ramen ticket. And i chose RAMEN+ EGG set for ¥1.020 and this machine only accept cash so prepared you cash :)

Secondly, choose your seat! Finally this lonely seat HAAH so cute small cubicle that actually can be opened for couples or family.

Third, custom it your self. This my favorite part! I can build my own fav style of ramen. I liked it half cook and super thick and super seasoned broth so yes!

Less than 10 minutes, it came out! LOOKED LIKE HEAVEN! but the one that disappointing me is the egg. It 3/4 boiled almost hardboiled huf :( but overall so good, i loved everything but still nothing can beat my MUTEKIYA, ikebukuro, tokyo ramen house.

#2 don't think about other people, what to buy bring home

#3 GO AWAY FROM GAME CENTER

#1 BEST TIME TO VISIT 

Cant suggest you as you know 4 season countries always good all the times.

#2 VISA NEEDED?

For you visa waiver, no need visa. But for me Indonesian old passport needs visa, and living in korea. So you can check here, how to apply Japan visa in Korea for foreigner.

#3 MONEY! 

JAPANESE YEN (¥)

Japan is a cash country so prepared your cash for local transport and dining. But for mini mart and some restaurant or souvernir shopping that accept card, use card is better :)

#4 INTERNET CONNECTION

Fukuoka city provides some free public wifi on some touristy spots but not really strong, so better you rent a router in the airport with early booking from your country.

#5 FUKUOKA TRANSPORTATION

Because Fukuoka is quite small, usually after one day city tour people go around to other cities around fukuoka, like Yufuin, Beppu, Oita, Nagasaki, etc. It can be reach by JR Rail ( train) or bus.  So mostly this 2 transportation that People uses in Fukuoka.  

BUT HERE FOR MY HOLIDAY I CHOOSE BUS ALL THE TIME

Why did i choose bus? 

Because i love sightseeing from inside the bus and i just lazy take stairs up and down the station & usually bus has more timeschedule compared to Train ( esp. When go to other city).

[JAPAN] FUKUOKA: CANALCITY, KUSHIDA SHRINE, & NAKA RIVER

Since living in Korea, i barely go to shopping mall #jiwamiskin i dont know why but shopping street in Korea just changed my point of view of shopping. So actually this tourist object in Fukuoka.. i doubted it so much, do i need coming here? Or not. But because it located near to other tourist attractions i just gave it a try and no regret! This mall is super eco friendly looked and instagramable HAHA so here this "famous" shopping mall and tourist objects around.

ZUPER PRETTY RIGHT! Canal city yes like it named. It totally feels so refreshing with all small canals around. And i also thing.. maybe it named canal city because it located right next to Naka River. And here at night you can also see FOUNTAIN SHOW which super fascinating.

KUSHIDA SHRINE

Not far from canal city mall, you can feel traditional side of fukuoka with small alley full with small restaurants and shrine yeah. If you feel tired with all the lighting and city crowd you can come here just for chilling. When you entered, you can feel peace and silent.

NAKA RIVER

And here! Famous spot if fukuoka not at day, but it become more attractive at night, where you can find street full of (Yakai) or Japanese Food stalls that sell ramen and yakitori or japanese skewers.
