Walk outside from Daejeon Station you can directly see the real life of Daejeon people, you barely can see young people here mostly fills with ahjumma and ahjussi with their small market trolley HAHA you can find everything here because the market divides into many sections.

Get out from West exit of Jungang market, you can see Daejeon stream. And from there just go straight crossing the stream and you will find the other face of market that full of youngers of daejeon.

Walk from daejeon st. Around 800m or take train and get off at 중앙로역 jungang st. Exit 4.

You can fill like Hongdae area, so many shops and restaurants. But here famous because of the LED street so you can send mms message and your picture to the operator and you can see your message will popup on the screen :3

Nothing better than seeing sunset from uphill. Realizing Daejeon is super small city, they dont have tower and kinda things, they made a local hill became a cute place to enjoying the view.

 Enjoying sunset with a glass of coffee and when you walk down the hill you can see mural painting around the area. Actually for me, it hmm not really good place to visit just so-so but yeah go and see by yourself :p

Green Mountainous or beautiful blue lake? Actually i am more into "water" person i prefer beach, lake or everything with water. Unfortunately, Daejeon doesnt have any beach but human made lake WOOOO ♡ it is located in Northern Daejeon around 30 minutes from the city.

From Daejeon station take bus no. 60. It runs every 1 hour so make sure you see the timetable below. It takes around 40 minutes to the lake.

This hidden mountain i found from instagram and i was like WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN HANA!! why just now you found me ㅋㅋ it was super pretty and like usually nothing comes easy HAHA so here it is!

HOW TO GO

from Daejeon Station you can take bus no.200 (around 45 mins ride) and transfer at 흑석네거리 heukseok negori and using bus no.22 stop at Jangtaesan (around 15 mins). Well it looks totally easy but you have to make sure to see this below timetable to manage your time or if not, you'll miss and have to wait the next bus.

go inside the recreation park you can choose to do hike or just a small track to the famous hidden "sky tower" inside the park. After the bus stop, make sure to find (above photo) Jangtaesan rock and enter the park. From there walk inside around 10 mins and you'll the the direction to the skyway.

It super pretty yet scary HAHA this sky tower is super high than i ezpected and when the wind blows strong you can really feel the tower is shaking!!! HAHAHA beware guys! Super worth tp try even it super far to be reached.
